All Fathers House Church Service! 10am on January 9th  at the Red Lion Hotel in Kelso

There will be childcare for walking babies up through 8 years old.  So you’ll have your tiny babies and children age 9 and up in the service with you.  (Consider bringing activities to keep them busy.)  This service is for all of us to worship together and to cast vision for the future.

A huge Thank You to the church body for the beautiful baskets of blessing to each one of the pastors.  We are truly touched to have a body care for us in such a generous way.

New Giving Kiosk!  We have set this up for those who would like the convenience of being able to give your tithes and offerings electronically!  (We’re doing our part in trying to keep up with modern technology! )

The Kiosk is located in  the hallway by the pastors’ offices. If you have any questions, please ask  Sam or Nancy.

Nursery Needs: We are looking for donations of videos or DVDs (Veggie Tales or other Christian Videos), stickers, foam crafts; and gently used trucks, trains, balls for our 2-to-3-year-old boys.  Please give to Dena Enyeart or drop off in the toddler.  Thank you.  Dena 636-2205.

Fundraiser for the REVOLVE tour “DREAM ON”

Christmas Eve Service!

This will be at 5pm on Christmas Eve!  The Pajama Choir (of little ones) will be performing!  The whole service will be 30 to 45 minutes.

Have any unused Umbrellas, Blankets, Hats, Gloves, or Neck Scarves?!?!

We are collecting as many of these as we can get to take to Portland to distribute to the needy/homeless at each of the end-of-each-month outreaches.  So it is an ongoing need.  Please place in one of the large barrels here.

Hope2Others (H2O)

Ever seen a homeless person by the side of the road and wondered what would be a good response? We have a viable, affordable resource: “H2O Bags” containing food and personal items!  The suggested donation is only $4 a bag! We have a ministry team in our Body that puts these bags together and sells them!  Available at the back after the 10:30 services each Sunday!  Get yours today!

Marriage Retreat!  Nov. 11-13, 2011

Yes, it’s a bit early to be announcing an event next year, and yet, not really. Due to the economy, we will be unable to give discounts or scholarships on the cost of the retreat.  But if you start now to set aside a little each month, you’ll have it in time for the retreat!  It will be from $161 to $327 (depending on the room you get) for the whole weekend! Lodging for 2 nights, plus continental breakfasts both mornings, and evening snacks! A fun time to connect with your spouse, with God, and with the Body!
